How do I access aged care?
First steps to receiving aged care

This is done via an ACAT (aged care assessment team) assessment and is a necessary step before receiving aged care. ACAT is required to secure government funding for care and also needed before moving into a residential aged care home. You can start the ACAT process at My Aged Care. - Find a provider in your area that suits your needs.
