At St Luke’s Care, caring is the heart and soul of our organisation. We are here to provide you with the individualised care that you require, both now and in the future. While living at Lulworth House, you’re encouraged to be as independent as possible and are welcome to have visitors come to our campus or leave on outings either with your loved ones or as organised by our lifestyle team.
Here, you are treated as an individual and empowered to make decisions about your own wellbeing and lifestyle arrangements. With 24/7 Registered Nursing care, we offer the highest level of care including dementia and behavioural support overseen by our on-site dementia consultant. We also provide palliative care, medication management and diabetes support.
Our warm, respectful and capable staff are here to tailor your experience to your individual needs and welcome your input into your bespoke care program.
