Mr David Cobcroft

Managing Director of Alukea Commodities and Parraweena Highlands Cattle Company Pty Ltd., David has several rural and cattle grazing companies throughout NSW. David also has direct interests in renewable companies in the Waste to Energy area.
David was Chairman of the Tour de Kids cycling charity for 10 years, raising some $5m for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
David was appointed to the St Luke’s Care Foundation Board in 2009 and became Chairman in 2021. David is also a member of the St Luke’s Care Medical Advisory Committee.
Mr J.G. Jagelman
Grant is Chairman of Pemberley Group, Sleepfit Solutions and Timor Oil and was previously Vice-Chairman of Barnardo’s Australia and Hon. Solicitor for the Deaf Society of NSW.
Grant was appointed as Director of St Luke’s Care Foundation Board in 1993 and Vice-Chairman from November 2000 to April 2009.
Mr Cameron Torrance

Cameron has been the Director of Development and Community at Cranbrook School since 2015.
With a teaching career spanning 25 years, Cameron has held educational positions across New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. His extensive experience in education eventually led him to specialize in foundations and fundraising.
Cameron has been instrumental in leading successful capital campaigns, enhancing development initiatives, and fostering strong community relationships. His commitment to educational and community engagement continues to drive his professional endeavours.
Cameron was appointed to the St Luke’s Care Foundation Board in May 2024.
HON MICHAEL YABSLEY
Michael served in the NSW Parliament from 1984 to 1994, representing Bligh and Vaucluse, and held ministerial roles in Corrective Services, State Development, and Tourism under the Greiner Government.
After politics, he founded CorPol Alliances, now GRA Cosway, a leading bipartisan government relations firm. Moving to the Southern Highlands in 2012, he established the Wombat Hollow Forum, a platform for speakers, literary launches, and arts events and in 2024 the Potts Point forum launched.
Michael has held senior Liberal Party roles, including NSW State Treasurer and Federal Treasurer, focusing on fundraising. He has also contributed to organisations such as the European Australian Business Council and the National Art School Foundation.
Across public and private sectors, he has represented political and commercial interests nationally and internationally.
Michael was appointed to the St Luke’s Care Foundation Board in March 2025.
Ms Gillian Collins
Gill Collins is a non-executive director and a Principal – Board, Governance and Cyber, at Insync and Board Benchmarking. She was formerly Head of Cyber at Marsh McLennan Pacific and Head of Cyber Incident Management and Cyber Consulting Pacific for Marsh.
Gill has had a career-long involvement in the legal, risk and insurance industries and has founded and managed two cyber, insurance and legal consulting businesses. She was a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, Claims Manager and Corporate Solicitor for Chubb lnsurance Australia, and Vice President and General Counsel for Chubb lnsurance in Europe.
Gill was appointed as Director of St Luke’s Care Foundation Board in 2021.
MR NICHOLAS CARLTON
Nicholas is an Executive Director and Investment Adviser within Morgan Stanley’s wealth management division where he and his team provide customised financial solutions for High Net Wealth, Family Office, and Not-for-Profit clients.
Nicholas has over 30 years of international experience in financial markets working with leading firms across various divisions including wealth management, institutional equities, investment banking and capital markets.
Nicholas is actively involved in his daughters’ school community initiatives, he volunteers annually for Morgan Stanley’s Global Volunteer Month and is a member of the organising committee and participates in the annual Smith Family Challenge which raised A$1.3m in 2024 (+A$14.5m from inception) to help children in need to break the cycle of disadvantage through education.
Nicholas was appointed to the St Luke’s Care Foundation Board in 2023 and Chairs the Foundation Finance Committee.
