St Luke's takes care to an extra level

Lulworth House has been approved by the Australian Government as an ‘extra service facility’ and our ongoing standards of care are monitored by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency. This approval means that Lulworth House and our staff have met and exceeded some very exacting standards, including the provision of spacious and superior accommodation, with additional food and support services, in a caring and nurturing environment. It makes us very proud to be classified as a leading provider of quality aged care.

All accredited aged care homes must provide a minimum range of care and services. These include:

  • Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and assistance with moving around
  • Assistance with medication management
  • Meals and refreshments, taking your dietary needs into account
  • Furnishings, clean linen, everyday toiletry items, changing bed and bath linen
  • Washing of your clothes/dry cleaning service
  • Cleaning of your room as well as communal areas
  • Arranging social and recreational activities
  • Care and treatments to meet your health needs as assessed by your doctor
