REFUND POLICY

1. Online Donations
Thank you for choosing to donate to the St Luke’s Hospital Foundation. If your donation is being made online, we ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully.

2. Errors in Donation Amount
Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, please notify St Luke’s Hospital Foundation of the error within 60 days.

3. Change of Mind 
Once you have made a donation to the St Luke’s Hospital Foundation we do not normally give a refund if you change your mind. 
St Luke’s Hospital Foundation is under no obligation to give a refund for a donation if an error has been made on your part, but we will endeavour to ensure that any genuine errors are rectified. Your request for a refund to be considered should be made to St Luke’s Hospital Foundation within 60 days.

4. Refund Requests
All requests for refunds must be made in writing:

The refund request should provide details of the cause of the error and include the St Luke’s Hospital Foundation receipt. If you cannot provide the receipt, please give as much detail of the donation as possible, including the date, amount, donor’s name and receipt number.

If the refund is approved, the original receipt becomes invalid and a new receipt will be supplied as necessary.

5. Errors by Us
Should an error be made by St Luke’s Hospital Foundation a full refund will be made as soon as possible once notified of the error, or instead if the error is picked up internally we shall make every effort to notify you of the error and issue a full refund.
