OverviewHelp us help the community

St Luke's Care is a not-for-profit, non-denominational organisation with a proud tradition of delivering excellence in health and aged care for 90 years.

To maintain these exceptional standards of care for our patients and residents, and wellbeing of our local community, we rely heavily on ongoing community support and financial assistance. We achieve this primarily through the tireless work of the St Luke's Hospital Foundation.

Since its inception in 1982, the Foundation has been the principal fundraising arm of St Luke's Care. Most recently, the generosity of our donors has helped us refurbish our hospital to the highest standards with state-of-the-art operating theatres.

The Foundation's major sources of income are bequests, donations and events and the Annual Tax Man Cometh Appeal. With a highly experienced Board and business representation, the Foundation's organisational and charitable activities are run as professionally as any commercial enterprise. All surplus generated through our fundraising is used directly to fund services to meet growing medical and community needs.

The Foundation depends on the generosity of its supporters. All gifts are fully tax deductible.
