St Luke's Home Care provides a program of flexible personal care services designed to assist the elderly to remain living independently in their own home as long as possible.
We currently care for over 200 people in their homes on a daily basis via tailor-made plans that can be arranged to suit each individual and provide flexibility seven days a week. Our services are available to residents of Sydney's eastern and south-eastern suburbs.
Each client has an individual Care Plan and an assigned Case Manager. You can expect the high standards of care for which St Luke's Home Care and Aged Care facilities and Hospital are renowned.
Our Community Aged Care Packages offer extra help and support for those people living independently at home. Extended Aged Care at Home Packages are available for those with complex needs who are eligible for nursing home care, but choose to stay at home.
We also offer Respite for Carers to provide some much-needed time out.
