The many facilities and services include:
- A 24/7 Duty Manager. It is reassuring for residents and their family to know that in the event of sudden illness or emergency, onsite help is available 24/7 by a qualified staff member.
- Trebartha Restaurant and Trebartha Coffee Shop. Residents and guests can dine in style without leaving home. Room service is also available.
- Social events. Monthly pre-dinner drinks and dinner evenings in the Trebartha Residents' Lounge are hugely popular, as well as occasional trips to the theatre, symphony, concerts and musicals.
- Communal lounge. This area is always open for entertaining guests, bridge parties, cocktails, afternoon tea or just reading and relaxing.
- Salon and gift shop. A hair salon, beautician and a National Trust gift shop are onsite. As an additional service to residents, a podiatrist is also available by appointment in the salon or in your apartment.
- Security. Emergency call buttons in bedrooms and bathrooms and audio-visual intercoms in all apartments provide additional peace of mind. Some apartments have secure underground parking spaces.
- Home delivery. Many local businesses support Trebartha and our residents can order a wide range of services that include meat, groceries, delicatessen items, fruit and vegetables, wine, spirits, dry cleaning, laundry, cleaning and library services.
- Extra care. In times of illness or injury, home care providers can assist with care. A number of local doctors conduct home visits at Trebartha and St Luke's Hospital and Lulworth House are conveniently located next door.
