St Luke's Aged Care offers both low and high level care which creates the significant benefit of providing changing levels of care as individual needs change.
This means that residents don't have to go through an unsettling move when they need a greater degree of care and lets them settle in with a sense of long-term security and familiarity.
Low level care is suitable for those who require limited assistance with daily living such as help with meals, personal care, dressing, showering and nursing care when required. High level care is for residents who are frailer and who may need regular or 24/7 nursing care. Respite care is short-term accommodation to support residents and their families.
Moving into aged care can be an emotional and stressful time and at St Luke's we seek to minimise this through counselling to help you feel at home. You are also encouraged to bring some of your favourite personal items, photographs and paintings, and if practicable, some items of furniture.
We also aim to help you to live as independently as possible. Our facilities are designed for enhanced privacy and amenity, all bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, there are menu choices at each meal and we encourage family and friends to visit as often as possible.
Provision of full 24-hour care, as well as therapy and activities by qualified staff enables residents to maintain an exceptional quality of life in a monitored, secure environment.
